The five steps
- 01Audit call (free, 30 minutes).You tell us where your team's time goes. We pick the one task costing you the most and send you a short written view of it within [2] working days, whether or not you go ahead.
- 02Quote and acceptance test.We send a fixed build fee and a one-page acceptance test: what the workflow must handle, how accurately, at what volume, and over what trial period. Nothing starts until you agree both.
- 03Build.We use the tools you already have wherever we can: WhatsApp, email, Excel, Tally, your ERP. We build custom software only when nothing existing will do.
- 04Trial on real work.The workflow runs on your actual documents for the agreed trial period. We fix what needs fixing along the way.
- 05Pass, then invoice.If it passes the test, we invoice the build fee and the usage fee starts. If it doesn't, you don't pay for the build. Want the next workflow? Same process, and only if you ask.

A fixed price you see before we start.
We don't publish prices, because every workflow is different, but we don't hide how pricing works either.
- Build fee.Fixed and quoted after the audit call. Invoiced only when the workflow passes its acceptance test.
- Usage fee.A per-unit charge once it's running: per invoice, per document or per lead. It covers the AI and hosting, so you get one predictable bill and no surprise charges from other providers.
- What moves the build fee:how many kinds of document it reads, how many systems it connects, the volume, and the accuracy you need.
- What's included:setup, testing, fixes during the trial, and showing your team how to use it.
- What stays yours:subscriptions you already pay for, such as Tally, your CRM or WhatsApp Business, stay in your name. Your data stays in your accounts.
- If volume jumps:we agree a usage ceiling up front and talk to you before any bill goes above it.
After it's running
You own the workflow and it runs on your accounts. If something stops working, we fix it. The next workflow is a separate, optional build, priced and tested the same way.
